Data protection declaration for Haplly online services.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

3.2 If you make in-app purchases through Haplly, this will be done through external payment providers. We do not collect and process any payment data. Payment data is entered and processed directly by the payment providers. Only technical data (including the transaction ID) is exchanged between us and the payment providers to validate the purchases.

3.3 The Member may also provide free descriptions of him/herself and any likes or dislikes, upload photos, etc.

Sometimes we need your consent to process Personal Data, such as for sending you newsletters and promotions. Before you can become a user we also ask for your explicit consent so that we can:

Place tracking cookies
Process your profile information
Process data that you enter about your partner preferences
Process photographs of you
Process details of your work and interests
Process your bio and other textual content added to your profile
Process your geo location
Offer you services mentioned in this Privacy Policy that require an act of consent from you

Ads appearing on Haplly may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize you each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Haplly and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. In these cases too, Haplly does not provide its partners with any information that could enable the members to be identified.

6. Entitlements
We need these access options and information on the technical functionality of our app and to provide the services offered with the app. We ask for permission to access the individual functions and information during the installation process and will only access these functions if you agree to release them. Depending on the operating system, you can also manually revoke access rights in the settings. Before using the app for the first time, the following permissions are requested from Android for the following purpose:

The provider ( Google Inc.) may collect, process and use data subject to the terms of use of your smart phone. Please note the corresponding data protection declarations/settings of the provider.

we want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
